We are currently looking for both medical providers (MDs, RNs, EMTs, etc.) and non-medical providers to fill support roles in areas like communications, administration, and logistics.

Application to the team includes the following:
• Submission of an application form
• Completion of a health screening form
• Submission of photocopies of all relevant certifications and identification cards
• Submission of member MOU form
• Submission of employer MOU form (NH only)
• Completion of several online classes on the incident command system (ICS)
• Completion of a background screening
