Maine Task Force One (ME TF-1)
The Maine Medical Task Force One (ME TF-1) is led by John Bastin and Josh Frances. ME TF-1 is comprised of Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurses, Pharmacists, EMTs and other medical professionals.
ME TF-1 supports local jurisdictions in enhancing and maintaining all hazards response capabilities to manage mass casualty incidents during the early hours critical to life-saving and population protection to include:
- Terrorist acts using Weapons of Mass Destruction
- Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear events
- Large-scale HazMat incidents
- Epidemic disease outbreaks
- Natural Disasters
